Ordering Policy:

We accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, or Personal Checks (must clear bank before shipment). Currently we accept Master Card and Visa, through Pay Pal (www.x.com) only. All orders must be paid in full, including shipping charges, before delivery. In some cases the custom order may require a 50% deposit prior to beginning the order, with the balance being payable upon completion, but prior to shipment.

Shipping Policy:

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. No International shipping is available. Prices quoted for shipping are for within the continental U.S and include insurance to cover the loss or damage of the item. If you prefer a particular shipping service, please let us know. We inspect all items before shipping. Due to the fragile nature and/or the value of some items, such as Chess Boards, we custom hard crate and package these items to prevent impact damage during shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply for this type of packaging (approx. $26.00). If you desire to forgo the custom hard crate and packaging, we will most certainly package in an attempt to avoid any possible damage. However, we will not be responsible for damages incurred during shipping with this type of packaging.

Return Policy:

We will accept shipping charges and schedule the pickup for the return of damaged items, if the original shipment was made with our custom hard crate and packaging. If you chose to forgo the custom hard crate and packaging at the time of the original shipment, we will not be responsible for damages that were incurred during shipping and we will NOT accept returns (See the above Shipping Policy). When returning items, they must be packed in the original custom hard crate and packaging, all paperwork included, and packed in the same way they were delivered. For items damaged during shipment, you must notify Woodworking Ltd. within 72 hours of delivery.
